Tariq Aziz serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Services at NICL. In this role, he leads and manages the Corporate Services Division to ensure efficient services in various areas such as human resources, administration, property, law, information technology, planning, and performance management. Tariq Aziz has a wealth of experience, with over 25 years in managing technology and personnel in both Multinational and Federal government sectors. His focus lies in strategic planning, implementation, and overseeing enterprise-wide Information Services. Tariq Aziz is dedicated to achieving results by creating and executing plans effectively. He has been involved in a variety of projects, including project management, ERP implementation, Change Management, strategic planning, quality control, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and planning. Tariq Aziz ensures compliance with statutory requirements, collaborates with ministries, and makes strategic decisions regarding Corporate Services, technology infrastructure, marketing, and business process improvement. His expertise includes restructuring, Change Management, and experience in ERP project implementation/upgrades. Additionally, he spearheaded the establishment of an internal information security committee to enhance security across all business processes.
