State Life effectively organized the inaugural Women Empowerment 2024 Conference at the esteemed Royal Swiss Hotel in Lahore. More than 1000 women from various departments, including marketing, administration, and field force, gathered for this important event. The conference included keynote speeches and panel discussions where stories of success, resilience, and barrier-breaking were shared.
At the event, Shoaib Javed Hussain, the CEO of State Life, highlighted that the conference went beyond being just a gathering—it represented a significant milestone in cultivating a workforce that advocates for gender equality and fosters a culture of empowerment to strengthen its very foundation.
