Mustafa possesses extensive experience in various aspects of business, ranging from sales and marketing to operations and insurance management. He embarked on his professional journey in 1992, working in the operations department of a bank. Subsequently, he joined EFU Life as a sales consultant and gradually progressed to become the national sales director.
